Broadcasted SmartIcon Install button returns Bulk Decryption Key error

A number of support calls have been registered with regards to the Integra SmartIcon broadcasting feature. When administrators send the SmartIcon Install email out to users in some cases users are presented with the an error message saying:

"You must supply the bulk decryption key in order to extract this file object. (c:\program files\Lotus\Notes\Data\W32\Integra.bmp)"

This problem is related to the transmission of the e-mail in encrypted format. As a means of overcoming this issue, a new feature was added to Integra for Notes 3.0.1 issued on the 18th February 2003 to provide the means of installing independently of the SmartIcon e-mail.
